Shipping Policy

REGULAR ORDERS (Default dispatch 48 hrs)

Regular orders are those which are placed for “in stock” items

Shipping Options & Delivery time: 

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

  1. Economy(Courier/Indiapost): Rs. 95 minimum and increases as per weight. Packages are sent through economy mode.
  2. Priority(Blue Dart/Delhivery Express/Air mail): Rs. 390 minimum and increases as per weight. Order is dispatched through the best shipping mode factoring delivery time, door delivery facility, cost, service availability etc. Return Pickup is done by us in case of return requests. Dispatch and processing is done on priority for these orders.

Note: Remote locations and Cash on Delivery orders generally take longer processing time.

Order Processing Time:

  1. Regular orders: These are usually processed and dispatched between 24 to 72 Hrs. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
  2. Other: Listing mentioned 7-10 days dispatch are dispatched in 7-10 days.
  3. Tracking number: Tracking number and dispatch details are sent through email once the order is dispatched.

Exceptions and delays: 

Delays can be caused by a variety of reasons that are beyond our control like natural calamity, strike, holidays, loss of shipment in transit, remote locations etc. In all such cases we ask our buyers to be patient and wait for few more days. In case of too much delay we will step in for a fair and satisfactory resolution.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Cash on Delivery orders:

Cash on delivery orders are accepted upto Rs. 8000. 

Packaging:

  1. Plastic bag/Pouch/bubble wrap: Free
  2. Cardboard/Foam: Rs. 100

PREORDERS (Default dispatch 30 days)

Pre-orders are those order which are not “in stock”. Generally they are imported against the order. Orders need to be placed with advance payment for processing.

Shipping Options & Delivery time: 

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

  1. Economy(Postal service/Land/Sea): Rs. 95 minimum and increases as per weight. Packages are sent through economy mode.
  2. Priority(DHL/Delhivery Express/Air mail): Rs. 390 minimum and increases as per weight. Order is dispatched through the best shipping mode factoring delivery time, door delivery facility, cost, service availability etc. Return Pickup is done by us in case of return requests. Dispatch and processing is done on priority for these orders.

Order Processing Time:

  1. Preorders: These are generally dispatched/delivered in 30-60 days of placement.
  2. Tracking number: Tracking number and dispatch details are sent only when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. It will be sent through email and can also be seen on order section of My account page in our website. The details of international dispatch to our warehouse is not provided by default and is only provided upon request.
