Returns Policy

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on
  2. Refunds are processed after a)it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession b)the product is not different from what was shipped to you c)the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  3. You may choose partial refund in case you want to keep a defective item. Refund amount shall fixed after communication.
  4. You need to ship the item back to us for refund if you have chosen shipping without return pickup. Maximum reimbursement for return shipping shall be Rs. 60.
  5. In case you have chosen shipping with return, you will be sent email with return shipping label which need to be printed and pasted on the parcel. After that you need to hand over the parcel to courier boy.
  6. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  7. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  8. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  9. Products may be eligible for replacement only if we have exact same item in stock.
  10. If the replacement request is placed and the we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
  11. In case of return due to “Change of Mind” or “Not compatible with my device” issues, only the product cost is refunded. Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
  12. If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 15 days from the delivery of the product.
  13. Cash on Delivery charges shall not be refundable once the Parcel is booked.
