Regular orders can be returned for any reason whatsoever, no questions are asked.
Preordered and Wholesale Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on nilgiristores.in.
Full refund is done if you did not receive the item or you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on nilgiristores.in. Otherwise only the product cost is refunded, shipping and other charges are not refunded.
Cancellation window is 24 hours of order placement for Regular orders and Preorders. Cancellation can be done in this period and no charges will be deducted, no questions are asked. After 24 hours has passed no cancellation is allowed.
Refunds are processed only after a)the product is received back at our warehouse b)it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession c)the product is not different from what was shipped to you d)the product is returned in its original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein) e)the time for delivering the order by us has passed.
You may choose partial refund in case you want to keep a defective item. Refund amount shall be fixed after communication.
You need to ship the item back to us for refund if you have chosen shipping without return pickup. In case you have chosen Priority shipping, you only need to hand over the return parcel with label to the courier boy.
If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
In case you want refund through a particular mode, you need to inform us in writing before the refund is processed. Else we will choose our preferable mode like UPI or others and it may not be the same mode through which the payment is made..
Products may be eligible for replacement only if we have exact same item in stock.
If the replacement request is placed and the we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
In case of return due to “Change of Mind” or “Not compatible with my device” or any other issue where the fault is not on our side, we shall refund only the product cost. Forward shipping cost, return shipping cost, payment gateway fee, COD fee and any other costs shall be borne by the buyer.
If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 15 days from the delivery of the product.
Cash on Delivery charges shall not be refundable once the Parcel is booked.
