Usage:

  • To make a thickening agent for cosmetics or other personal care products, mix 1 teaspoon of kuzu starch with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until thickened.

Tips:

  • Kuzu starch can be used as a substitute for cornstarch or arrowroot powder.
