Installation:

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Locate the heater blend door actuator on the passenger side of the dashboard, behind the glove box.
3. Remove the two screws that hold the actuator in place.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the actuator.
5. Remove the actuator from the vehicle.
6. Install the new actuator in the reverse order of removal.
7. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
8. Test the actuator by turning on the heat or air conditioning and adjusting the temperature.
