Product Features:

The HMC435 is a monolithic GaAs MMIC single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch fabricated on HMC’s GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process. The switch is internally matched to 50ohms and has a low insertion loss of 1.8dB at 2GHz. The HMC435 has a wideband response from DC to 4GHz and has high isolation of 40dB at 2GHz. The switch is also very linear with an IP3 of 55dBm at 2GHz.

The HMC435 is ideal for use in a variety of RF applications, including:
