Product Features: The HMC435 is a monolithic GaAs MMIC single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch fabricated on HMC's GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process. The switch is internally matched to 50ohms and has a low insertion loss of 1.8dB at 2GHz. The HMC435 has a wideband response from DC to 4GHz and has high isolation of 40dB at 2GHz. The switch is also very linear with an IP3 of 55dBm at 2GHz.
