The HMC252 is a single-pole six-throw (SP6T) switch fabricated using GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT technology. This non-reflective design efficiently handles high RF input power levels up to 33 dBm while delivering extremely low insertion loss and excellent linearity performance, making it ideal for use in high power applications. The HMC252 also features fast switching speeds of 10 ns, low power dissipation of 25 mA, and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The module is packaged in a compact 3 x 3 mm surface-mount QFN package with integrated matching circuitry.
