Usage
For Skin-
- Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Amla powder with water or yogurt to form a paste.
- Apply the paste evenly to the face or body and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
For Hair-
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of Amla powder to a cup of coconut oil or water.
- Apply the mixture to the scalp and hair and massage it in.
- Leave it on for 30-60 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
For Internal Consumption-
Mix 1 teaspoon of Amla powder with honey or water and consume it daily.
