REGULAR ORDERS
Default dispatch time: 48 hours
Regular orders are those placed for "in stock" items.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout:
Note: Remote locations and Cash on Delivery orders generally take longer processing time.
Order Processing Time
Regular orders: These are usually processed and dispatched between 24 to 72 hours. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Other: Items with listing mentioned 7-10 days dispatch are dispatched in 7-10 days.
Tracking number: Tracking number and dispatch details are sent through email once the order is dispatched.
Exceptions and Delays
Delays can be caused by a variety of reasons that are beyond our control like natural calamity, strike, holidays, loss of shipment in transit, remote locations etc. In all such cases we ask our buyers to be patient and wait for few more days. In case of too much delay we will step in for a fair and satisfactory resolution.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery orders are accepted up to ₹8,000.

PREORDERS
Default dispatch time: 30 days
Pre-orders are those orders which are not "in stock". Generally they are imported against the order. Orders need to be placed with advance payment for processing.

Pre-order Processing Time
Pre-orders: These are generally dispatched/delivered in 30-60 days of placement.
Tracking number: Tracking number and dispatch details are sent only when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. It will be sent through email and can also be seen on order section of My account page in our website. The details of international dispatch to our warehouse is not provided by default and is only provided upon request.
